脱发是一种常见的皮肤病，可分为脂溢性脱发（又称脂秃、早秃）、斑秃、全秃等十几种。常见的脱发大多为脂溢性脱发（占脱发患者95%以上），其症状为患者头皮脂肪过量溢出，导致头发油腻潮湿，有时还伴有头皮搔痒炎症。脱发先从两额角、前额和头顶中间开始，继而弥漫于整个头顶，症状严重者脱发区变得油光发亮，剩余的头发变得细软枯黄，患者一般从20多岁开始出现脂溢性脱发，到40多岁就基本脱光，严重影响美容。

Alopecia is common disease which can be divided into seborrheic alopecia and non-seborrheical alopecia areata .Most alopecia, which consists more than 95% of patients, and mostly happen on male, but sometimes also on female. Its symptom is the hypersteatosis of hair which results in greasiness and dampness of hair, sometimes with the itch and inflammation. Alopecia starts from the corners of forehead, the forehead and the top, then spreads over the head. The area without hair is shinny and the rest hair becomes withered and yellow. Patients usually come to seborrheic alopecia from their twenties. When they are in their 35--40's, they almost become bald.

Seborrheic alopecia is called "cancer" in alopecia. Its treatment is a world-wide problem. Before the invention of Bluequark, no effective medicine is found for it. Present medicines are only efficacious for non-seborrheic alopecia areata. The situation is largely owing to the failing understanding of the cause of the disease.
